We grow Oysters, Shiitakes, Lions Maine, and Chestnut mushrooms during the winter season which are all fresh and amazing to cook with! They all have great flavor sauteed in oil or butter on med/low heat it cooks up to be an amazing meal. Cooked mushrooms are as well a great source of protein and have many other healing benefits.
