Oyster Mushrooms are dense with a delicate mild flavor.   Great pairing Oysters with pasta, seafood, poultry, or pork.

Lion’s Mane Mushrooms have a subtle sweet smell with an equally distinct sweet and meaty flavor.  Lion’s mane is reminiscent of lobster especially when cooked in butter. 

Chestnut Mushrooms are a tender delicate mushroom with a sweet bold woodsy and meaty flavor.  They are great in soups, tacos, sautéed with your favorite veggies and on pizza!
